Chris Kohler

Chris Kohler
Chris is the owner and founder of Skyline Real Estate Services LLC. Since 2005, he has been dedicated to not just managing properties, but building vibrant, fun, and community-driven spaces that tenants love to call home. With many hats of hands-on experience in every face of real estate—from caretaking and property management to financial management and project management—he has developed a deep understanding of what makes properties successful.

Built on a Foundation of Passion
In 2011, he built Skyline Real Estate Services LLC on a foundation of passion: for great design, for exceptional service, and above all, for fostering a sense of community. What excites him about this opportunity is the chance to partner with owners who, like himself, genuinely care about their properties and the people who inhabit them. He seeks to work with those who are ready to invest in long-term value—both in terms of property improvements and the well-being of the tenants they serve. You still see Chris to this day walking properties picking up garbage on site and helping the maintenance guys because Skyline isn't just a company, it is a family, and we all help each other create the atmosphere. In Chris’ spare time he loves running, biking and spending time with his wife and two children.

Rosa Bell

Rosa Bell
Rosa has been with Skyline Real Estate Services LLC and in the multifamily housing industry since early 2013. She is well versed in leasing, property maintenance, real estate, financial reporting, and HR. She loves learning new things. Rosa has many different certifications and licenses including her CPO license, special class engineer boilers license, and MN real estate license. She is also a Certified Residential Maintenance Technician. Rosa is passionate about the marketing and customer service aspects of real estate. She loves helping and working with people from all different types of backgrounds. In her spare time, she loves playing volleyball, volunteering, going to MN Wild and Gopher games and spending time with her husband, family, friends and her 3 miniature dachshunds, Stanley, Thomas, and Penny.

Amanda Miller
Amanda has been with Skyline Real Estate Services LLC since June 2019. Amanda enforces company policies and procedures with Skyline Real Estate Services LLC managers and residents, works closely with vendors and contractors on a regular basis, and supervises her maintenance and cleaning staff. She is also one of our top leasing rock stars. Amanda’s main goal is to always provide exceptional customer service to our current and future residents. What she loves most about the real estate industry is how it is always evolving and how rewarding and fun it can be to help someone find their future home. She is a proud mother of 3 girls and loves spending time with her family and close friends. Amanda’s favorite things to do are spend time at her family’s cabin in Wisconsin, home decor shopping, and reading.

Daniel Barreto
Daniel has been a part of the Skyline Real Estate Services LLC team since August 2022. He oversees Skyline Real Estate Services LLC’s renovation and maintenance crews, which consist of 11 people. Daniel has been in the construction industry since the age of 15 working after school to help support his family in Ecuador. He likes the fast pace of the renovations and creating a beautiful product for owners and tenants to enjoy. He also thrives on the high level of customer service our maintenance team has by closing out work orders in a timely manner. In Daniel’s off time, he likes traveling to Ecuador to visit family, spending time with his wife and 3 girls, and enjoys his love of music by DJing.

Amanda Daugherty
Amanda has been with Skyline Real Estate Services LLC since March 2023. She loves a good challenge. She loves to renovate and transform properties to make them a beautiful, enjoyable, and safe place for our residents to live; as well as ensuring they stay that way once the process is completed. She loves that in real estate there is something new to learn each day and that no day is the same in her position within the company. Amanda is a mother to a little boy and her wonderful stepdaughter. She loves going up to her cabin in the summer and spending time with her family while riding side-by-side.

Taylor began her career in the property management industry in 2019 and joined our Skyline Real Estate Services LLC team in October 2023. Taylor is well versed in full-scale property renovations for Skyline Real Estate Services LLC as well as third party companies we work closely with. Her favorite thing about property management is getting to meet new people every day, whether it be residents (current or future), new vendors, or parties interested in working with Skyline Real Estate Services LLC. Taylor’s primary goals are to always be learning and having fun, and ensuring her residents needs are met in a timely manner. When she’s not at work, Taylor loves to read, spend time with friends and family, and enjoys being outdoors.

Bella Johnson

Bella Johnson
Bella began her career in property management in January 2024. She was given the opportunity to shadow at Skyline Real Estate Services LLC, and ultimately fell in love with the company and the team. Bella’s everyday goal is to make sure all her tenants are happy and ensure all their needs are met, along with keeping the marketing department up to date and growing with our new properties. Her favorite part of her job is completing capital improvement projects to make the properties of higher quality, introducing new things to the marketing department and working on marketing projects for not only Skyline Real Estate Services LLC but also third-party management companies we work closely with. She also loves being able to meet new people every day. When she is not at work, Bella loves to be outside at the cabin and go mudding, and being on the lake with friends.

Reece Gardner

Reece Gardner
Reece has been in property management for years but started with Skyline Real Estate Services LLC in March 2025. As a dedicated property manager, he thrives on the dynamic nature of the role, where each day brings a crazy variety of new and unexpected challenges to tackle, often leaving me with great learning experiences. He loves that his workday is filled with opportunities to learn new skills and connect with a diverse range of people. Outside of work, Reece is passionate about staying active through hockey, working out, and trying anything new that excites me. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and have recently discovered a great joy with cooking because who doesn’t love good food? Everyday, Reece is committed to bringing his energy and problem-solving skills to support our clients and community.
