  • No prior evictions from all adults on lease 
  • We are a market rate property - no vouchers, section 8, etc.

Fees

  • Security deposit equal to one months rent 
    • Unit is off market once $500 hold fee is paid, goes toward deposit
  • Application fee is $50 
  • Pet fees: $300 refundable deposit, $100 non refundable, $25/month/cat, $50/month/dog
